Sunscreen and Sunblock
Wear sunscreen everyday, every season.
During the fall and winter months, the sun's harmful ultraviolet rays still reach your skin. Protect yourself year-round. Wear sunscreen on your face and other exposed areas. If you wear make-up, be sure to purchase a foundation with an SPF of 30 or more.
Children should always wear sunscreen when playing outdoors in the fall and especially when playing in the snow.
Apply one full ounce (a shot glass) of sunscreen/sunblock per application. Protect you are your loved ones from dangerous levels of ultra violet radiation... prevent skin cancer and premature aging. |
